Minimum Requirements Technical Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, or treasury operations, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reconciliation tools. • Familiarity with payment systems SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, ACH, RTGS, local rails. Strong understanding of settlement cycles, GL entries, and cash management. • Problem-solving mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
